Where you authorise us to contact Centrelink or other agencies on your behalf, that authorisation is limited to the specific matter agreed in your service engagement. You may withdraw your authorisation at any time by notifying us in writing.

6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your Centrelink, Age Pension or Aged Care matter
  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.
